Place your order with confidence 24 hours a day 7 days a week on our SAFE & SECURE website. Orders usually ship out within 48 hours.
To check on the status of your order, please allow at least 5 days for delivery before emailing us your order number to:

PokezorWorld's Return Policy
Orders can be returned within 14 days of ship date. All Returns must be in like new condition and still in original factory packaging, unopened. Customers are responsible for return shipping and all returns will be credited on receipt if approved. The following applies to all returns:
The item must be in the same condition that it was delivered in.
The item must be in its original packaging. (i.e. Shrink-wrap intact, sealed booster packs, etc.)
 If a package is lost or misdirected due to an incorrectly inputted address, PokezorWorld.com is completely not responsible. We have no control over addresses typed on the checkout pages. Please make sure you have typed in the correct address

If open and/or un-sellable merchandise is returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct up to 50% from your refund. Please pack your returns carefully. Refunds are usually issued within 7 business days of receipt. During the holiday season, please allow up to two weeks for a credit to be issued.

If shipping an incorrect item back to us, please use U.S.P.S. 1st Class Mail.
Please don't forget to include your order number with any return!

OPENED MERCHANDISE POLICY:
To maintain the integrity of our merchandise, we will Return to Sender any of the following Returns:
Used Single Cards
Opened Booster Packs or Decks
Damaged merchandise from shipment
Factory sealed sets, decks, or packs that have been opened

Orders must be made by an Adult, at least 18 years of age! PokézorWorld has the right to refuse/decline orders. Prices are updated on a daily basis and may change without notice.
Orders can not be changed once they are placed.
